Advertising Policies
I. The FCC-DV newsletter ChinaKids is published solely for the
purpose of communications among FCC-DV member families. ChinaKids
may not be used for commercial, advertising, research, or any
other purposes without written consent of the FCC-DV Executive
Board of Directors. In addition, everything that is published
in ChinaKids must be approved by the executive board.
II. The FCC-DV email list was created for the purpose of expediting
communications among FCC-DV member families. FCC-DV does not endorse
any individual, group or company mentioned on this email list.
III. The FCC-DV website was created for the purpose of expediting
communications among FCC-DV member families. The FCC-DV website
may not be used for commercial, advertising, research, or any
other purposes without written consent of the FCC-DV Executive
Board of Directors.
Vendor Policy
I. FCC-DV will admit vendors of Chinese cultural/educational/food
products to the following annual events: Chinese New Year celebration
and Dragon Festival. FCC-DV will receive 10% of each vendor’s
profits. The FCC-DV Board of Directors reserves the right to limit
the number and kind of vendors and tables.
II. Any individual(s) invited to perform/speak/entertain at an
FCC-DV event must receive written permission from the FCC-DV Executive
Board of Directors before selling or promoting their goods and/or
services at said event. Such goods and/or services must be described
in writing so the Board can determine whether they are appropriate
for our event.
III. Each vendor will sign a contract agreeing to the terms stated
above.
Charitable Donations Policy
I. At the discretion of the Board of Directors, FCC-DV may donate
up to 10% of its annual profits to a charity or charities that
support our mission.
