Join or Renew FCC-DV Now...Online or Through
the Mail!
FCC-DV membership runs February 1 through January 31; dues are just
$25 a year, renewable by June 30. New members please note: If
you join after October 1, your membership will run through January
31 of the following year. Scroll down to join or renew.
Membership dues support an ongoing network of families who are
joined around common goals: to provide families and children access
to others who share a similar journey; to provide interested members
an opportunity to organize activities that support cultural awareness
and/or adoption awareness; and together to support efforts that
expand the public consciousness about authentic families while
promoting respect for cultural differences.
- Our e-mail list allows the membership ongoing communication.
Those with common interests (e.g., playgroups) can reach out
to one another and create long-lasting connections for their
children--and their families.
- Our website provides important information: updates, electronic
member directory, photos from latest events, etc.
- Our “As They Grow” group for our older youngsters
(10 and above) remains active, joining for a variety of fun-filled
activities and service-oriented efforts. Expansion is always
welcome!
- Annual Chinese New Year Event remains a favorite annual gathering.
- The FCC-DV Dragon Boat Team, the Panda Paddlers, provides
a unique opportunity for families to join in a fast growing
sport that has become a wonderful Philadelphia tradition and
finds its roots in China.
- For those families still waiting to embrace their children,
support is available. Simply use the e-list to inquire or contact
a Board member for direction.
- For those organizing FCC-DV events, application can be made
for financial support.
- Youth Advisory Board offers guidance regarding the interests
and needs of our maturing youngsters.
- Member recommendation--your suggestions and effort will continue
to shape the organization.
